I made a Christmas card for you guys! Picture!

We finally got SNOOOOOOWWWW - December 17, 2005

Check out the first pictures of the snow in Dresden: Picture 1 and Picture 2. Also Happy Birthday to Steffka who turned 21 yesterday!! Also tonight is Nadine's Glühwein Party and we will go to the Christmas Market again with Anja and friends! Enjoy the weekend!

Christmas Market - December 14, 2005

Hey everybody! Hope you all checked out my Pictures from the christmas market already? Last weekend, Elli and her boyfriend Christian were here, and also my cousin and aunt! Moreover we met up with Franzi and her friends at the market. It was awesome, we drunk lotz of Glühweins and had a good time! Happy belated Birthday to Elli, who turned 22 this Monday!!

I stayed home today, because I didnt feel well :( the last two days Anja stayed home, because she was sick, and now me. But I guess I will be back at uni tomorrow for communication lecture. So I baked Christmas cookies with my Mom this afternoon. And they turned out great: nut-chocolate cookies, and marmelade cookies and vanilla cookies *YUM* I probably bake some more together with Stefan this coming weekend.

Tomorrow is our Christmas party from University and on Saturday is Nadine's Birthday-Glühwein-Party, cannot wait! Alrighty, enjoy this week .. damn I need to buy presents!!

Survived First Exam - December 9, 2005

Evening! I survived my first university exam!! Im so glad it went well, although I could not answer one question of 23. The exam was on Thursday and took 90 minutes, we will get the results before xmas, so I will let you know. Finally I can enjoy the christmas season, shop for presents, bake xmas cookies and cuddle up with Stefan!

Last weekend was busy, I studied until Wednesday and also met up with Lucy for a cup if coffee. We went to Berlin with our journalism class but we got there 5 minutes late. They didnt let us in, because it was live! So that was it, no press conference. We went to the "Reichstag" and waited almost one hour to get in. Fortunately it was cold as cold!! We also stopped at Dunkin Donuts *YUM!! (I didnt have Dunkin Donuts since Im back from the US!) and at Starbucks, but it was tooo crowded in there :(

Tomorrow Elli and her boyfriend will come to Dresden, and my cousin Stefanie as well. We will all go to the Christmas Market and have Glühwein, until we are drunk *hehe* I dont like the plain Glühwein only the one with Amaretto! Yum! I also visited my Grandmom and actually wanted to take her to the church of our lady (Frauenkirche) but it was closed for visitors that day because of a concert. Too bad, I really wanted to see it from inside and for my Grandmom it would be a great experience to visit it after so many years. We have to try another day, I took some more pictures of the church last weekend, during night, check them out. Also I finally uploaded pictures of Stefan's Birthday, which was in August..ahh! Sorry so late!

Im going to send out Xmas Cards soon, so if you want one send me your home address via email. If you got one from me last year you can be sure you will receive one this year as well. Hehe!

Christmas Market Opened - November 27, 2005

Hey ho - Christmas is coming! Our Christmas market opened on Wednesday already, and guess who checked it out already?? Me and Stefan went there to have our first "Glühwein" (mulled wine). Yum I just love Christmas markets, they are fun. Looking forward to Nadine's "Glühwein" party and more visits at the "Striezelmarkt".

Me and Anja went to the "Bowle Party" last night at Airport Terminal 1. They celebrated its 8th Birthday with lotz of Bowle *yum* We sure got hammered and met some friends. Port01.com took another party picture of us: Picture!

Upcoming week will be busy again, need to study for my exam on December 8th and on Friday we will take the bus to Berlin with our journalism class to go to the press conference. Going to be interesing, I have never been to a real press conference yet, but it suxx that it is Berlin, we will be away for the whole day and wont even be able to shop around or visit the Christmas market in Berlin *hehe*. Got an email from Elli some days ago, she is planning a trip to the USA for the winter break in Feb/Mar. I might join, depending on how expensive the whole trip will be. Because actually I wanted to go to the USA in 2007 for Noell's wedding. Check out the pictures from Martin's birthday: Pictures!

Birthday and Congrats - November 19, 2005

Happy Birthday to Martin, who celebrates his 29th Birthday today! Also congrats to my cousin Stefanie, she got a BA placement in Gera. Starting to study Buisness Management next winter semester. Im happy for her to stay in Eastern Germany.

Last week was busy as usual, plus I started studying for my first exam in Communication Research on Dec 8. Ahhh, sooo soon! But I will make it, Im sure. We also got our first grades in Journalism this week: two B's so far. Yup, Tuesday, Me and Anja met up with Mel at Peaches cocktail bar, for a little college-reunion. Too bad nobody else joined us! Pictures!

Yesterday it snowed for the first time, but it melted already :( I really cannot wait until our Christmas Market opens next weekend. I wanna drink Glühwein and shop around for Christmas present! I already got me some presents hehe: I finally ordered the new Hanson cd "Live and Electric" and got it in the mail today!! Have to wait for the Hanson calendar 2006, the fanclub will send it to me as soon as possible. I also bought 2 books for my studies: Sociology and Mass Communication. So yeah..Im happy already! Alrighty guys, I fixed the navigation bar, all links should work now, please try. Have a great weekend!

Carnival Season Startet - November 13, 2005

Carnival season started Nov 11, that's why Me, my Mom and Anja went to my Grandmom's house in Thalheim to go to the village-carnival party. It is always a great show, and an awesome atmosphere. Plus my cousin Stefanie is part of the show. She is dancing with other girls her age in the so-called Funkengarde. We had to see her !! The theme of this carnival was "China" and we tried to dress up like Chinese people: Yellow skin color, chinese eyes and clothes..looked funny! Pictures!

I haven't seen Stefan since Thursday and I wont get to see him until Tuesday morning, due to my awful university schedule and his night shift..ahhh! I badly miss him, guess that has been the longest days of my life..and the first time we been apart for 5 days!! Fortunately Wednesday is a holiday in Germany and we are both off *smiles* Since university started I been more busier but I totally like my studies. They are really interesting and Im always excited to go to the next lecture..hehe! Whats going on this coming week: Tuesday we gonna meet up with Mel at Peaches around 8 pm, to have cocktails. And Friday probably meet up with Lucy after university to talk about the latest Hanson news. I haven't got my Hanson CD yet, ahhh! And the new calendar 2006, Amazon is soooo slow!

Aupair Reunion - November 6, 2005

Back from Leipzig! Aupair Reunion with Aga, Steff, Elli, Franzi and Me. Elli did a great job organizing a Halloween party for us and her other 30 friends! It was awesome! Although Halloween was last week..hehe, we called it H-Elli-Ween! Pictures!

Happy Halloween - October 31. 2005

We just had a Halloween dinner: Pumpkin soup *yum* Stefan is still carving a spooky face into our pumkin, and then it will be up on our balcony. Got a picture already and will upload it in a minute! Looks awesome! Good job Stefan..his first pumpkin ever! I cannot wail until Elli's Halloween party coming Saturday (Nov 5th) I know I know, Halloween is this weekend and not next, but we dont care as long as we can party!! Aga, and Stefanie will be there as well, Aupair Reunion 2005! Aga is already coming over my house this Friday and then on Saturday we take Stefan's car to Leipzig. I promise I will take lotz of pictures, although the flash of my digital camera broke.

Yesterday 60,000 people celebrated the reopening of Dresden's baroque cathedral. 60 years after Allied bombs destroyed the 18th-century church and its famed bell-shaped dome during World War II. German President Horst Koehler, Britain's Duke of Kent and the ambassadors of the United States and France were among 1,800 guests at the dedication ceremony in the Frauenkirche cathedral. For 47 years, Dresden residents had known the Frauenkirche, or Church of Our Lady, as a 13-meter (43-foot) high mound of rubble flanked by two jagged walls. That was all that remained after British and U.S. planes strafed the city with firebombs on the night of February 13-14, 1945. The retooled church is bright, painted in pastel yellows, pinks and blues trimmed with gold. The clear glass windows high in its sandstone dome, which is topped with a golden cross and orb paid for by British donors, let in light that illuminates the space below- we were among all tourists and checked it out. Pictures!

First Week of University - October 22, 2005

Last week was way tooo busy: First week of university and since everything is new, I had trouble finding the classrooms and the first lectures were heavy. Lotz of information, so I guess it is going to be busy busy busy 3 years. I actually wanted to take Computer science in addition but I will switch. I will not pass the programming exam, it is sooooo difficult. Frank adviced me not to take it, he almost failed that exam..and he is better than me. Because if I fail one exam Im not allowed to go on studying. Ahh! English class is funny, the teacher is an old lady, who probably never been to a foreign country. Her oral English is horrible! Worse than mine!! She sometimes pronounces words like you would read them in German. Funny!

My cousin was here, she left yesterday, Stefanie attended some lectures with me and Anja. She liked it alot. She will probably start studying in Dresden next year, after she is done with High School. Cool! I actually wanted to go out with her on Wednesday but I had a bad headache so I stayed in. That party was for all students of the 1st semester and since Im in 1st Semester I wanted to go..oh well, I guess I didnt miss out. Weekend is going to be boring, Stefan has school reunion tonight and afterwards he want to go out with his friends. I will stay home and start studying probably until 8 pm and then watch a movie. Alone :( Oh well, hope you guys do better. Have a great weekend.

First Day of University - October 10, 2005

Back from Uni. My first day at university was kinda boring. Me and Anja had to attend two welcome-classes, starting at 8 am..and we were not the only ones: About 300 students of the Factulty of Philosophy (where we belong to) had to get up that early as well. The prof told us random stuff about the University of Dresden and the new Bachelor-system. Nothing really new, I already read everything about it at their homepage. Tomorrow is the welcome-class for my studies: Media-Research/ Media-Practice, so we will finally get to know who is in our class. But from what I have seen today, all other students seemed pretty young, 18 and probably graduated from High School this year. We will also get our schedule, I kinda figured it out already but who knows what they tell us tomorrow.

Today is also the first day of Stefan's new shift-system. From now on he works 12 hours á 4 days and has 4 days off. Night shift starts at 6 pm and ends 6 am and Early shift is from 6 am to 6 pm. Hope he gets used to it and he wont be tooo bored. God I cannot imagine to work 12 hours in a row. My Mommy left for vacation as well, together with my uncle and my aunt, they got a nice apartment up at the Baltic Sea. But I guess this time around it is very stormy and chilly..uhh! Nice summer vacation. Hope they all wont get back here with a cold! So me and Tibor are alone this week, Franzi will visit me tomorrow evening and we gonna have pizza and watch tv ( sex and the city, friends, desperate housewives)! Yay!

Last week I went out alot: Thursday to Dafa, Saturday to a "White Party" (location and clothes had to be in white), and the other weekend we went to Club Mensa for a Birthday bash. Took some pictures so check them out! On Sunday, me and Stefan went for the last BBQ this summer at Stefan's house- gosh I love Steaks! Did I ever tell you? I probably did, hehe.

I love Fridays - September 30, 2005

Im in a good mood today, I dont know why, the weather sucks but maybe because it is Friday. Another Friday off, only 10 more days until university starts and I really cannot wait. I went to the library already to get me some books for statistics, so I can read thru them already. Not that Im bored or something but I really want to get started .. I know Im weird.

Last week was alright, I went to the movies with my Mom on Sunday, we saw "Die weisse Massai", good movie! A true story of a woman from Switzerland who pursues and eventually marries a Masai warrior in Kenya, it is based on a Novel. Tuesday, Franzi and her Mom came over Stefan's apartment to get some fishysss. We got sooo many baby fishes, that we need to get rid of them. Stefan already gave Purzi, the cat, some fishes for lunch. And he liked them alot! If we dont get rid of all, we can feed Purzi. Thanks God! Wednesday, me and myself visted my grandmom, got there for lunch and when my Mom came I went home with her. I also went to the movies with Nadine in the evening. She won two tickets for "The Brothers Grimm", I didnt like it much, kind of a fantasy movie with the fairy-tales of Grimm, but good acts, Matt Damon and Heath Ledger. Thursday I also went to the movies, but with Stefan: We saw a russian movie called Nochnoi Dozor, such a boring action movie, we almost fell asleep! Well you never know if it is a good or a bad movie. That's life.

Stefan is off until Saturday, we are going to work out this afternoon and hopefully go to a club tonight. It's a club at the campus and every last Friday of the month, all people whose birthday was that month, get a free bottle of sparkeling wine. And tonight is the birthday party of August & September. So Stefan gets one for free..hehe! Saturday Im invited for lunch at Stefan's parents. Remember they got a beever from my grandpa, and they are making it on Saturday..hmmm yum! Check out the pictures from the dinosaur park, we went there last Wednesday and it was fun!! I wish my hostkid Jake joined us, he always loved dinosaur, well I sent him a postcard with a T-Rex! Alrighty, enjoy your weekend.

Election Day - September 20, 2005

Sunday was election day in Germany and until today we do not know who our new Chancellor will be: Angela Merkel's conservatives won a narrow victory but fell short of the majority needed to form a center-right government to replace Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder's ruling coalition. The results left neither Merkel's Christian Democrats nor Schroeder's Social Democrats in a strong position to assemble a new coalition. It is going to be interesting week, but I hope Schroeder won't be replaced by Merkel.

My last 6 days were kinda boring without being around Stefan, he had to work on late shift so we only got to see each other in the morning for an hour and in the night. I hate late shifts, Im always bored on the afternoons. So I met up with Franzi on Tuesday and Saturday went for dinner with Nadine and some old school mates, visited my grandmom and bought a new cupboard. I really needed a new cupboard since Uni starts soon. Me and my Mom tried to set it up on Saturday afternoon, but we found out that 2 holes were on the wrong place. Arghhh! Why is does the cheap stuff not perfect? But we fixed the holes and now I got a new cupboard for € 70.

Stefan is off the next three days and we already went to the gym together this morning, visited my grandmom and we are planning to go to Kleinwelka tomorrow. Stefan is getting his Mom's car, thanks god we dont have to go by train. Kleinwelka is a nice little park with lotz of dinosaurs. I will take pictures and put them online soon, I promise. Alrighty thats it for today, check out my "new" layout and a big birthday shout-out to my Dad, who's birthday is today. Happy Birthday!!!

Graduation from Webdesign-Class - September 9, 2005

I finally graduated from the webdesign class! Got my certificate on Wednesday, and very good grades! Only two B's, rest A's, Im happy. Wednesday was also the last day to be with my classmates, but I wont miss them alot, I dont know I didnt have much in common with those people, except to like 3. With the end of class, my internship at emagio.de ended as well. I really liked it there, although I didnt learn anything new, but it was fun to update lotz of websites. So now Im off until October 10th, when university starts. I cannot wait, Im sooo exicted to do learn something new. Got my schedule kinda figured out, and looks nice, lotz of freetime to study!

Until Ocotber Im trying to meet as many of my friends as possible, not sure if Im going to travel thru Germany or only meet friends who are still in Dresden, I would really like to meet Bilge in Cologne and maybe Steff in Rostock or Ellie in Leipzig.

Yesterday I visited Nadine in her new apartment, she moved in with 2 friends of her, and her room is really neat! Like it! That makes me want to move out as well, but no! I will stay with my Mommy..hey I got a new couch-bed! Yeah! I always wanted a new bed and I finally bought one for only € 199, it is in blue, like the rest of my furniture. Need to buy some yellow or orange pillows to fit on the couch.

Last Sunday we had highschool reunion at Highschool and lotz of people came! Wow, never imagined sooo many would show up, but it was reunion of classes 1999 to 2002 I think, so some I dont even remembered. Good to see all of my girls I used to hang out with, they all still look the same and are the same. I need to meet them more often, not only to reunion..sigh! Took only two pictures, which I will upload as soon as I get my digi cam back from Stefan. I was kinda disappointed that only 5 teachers showed up and not even one of my teachers :( Oh well, you cannot force them to come.

Coming weekend I will be at my Grandmom's house. My cousin Stefanie will be back from London as well, so I will see her. Stefan is coming along as well, and my Mom of course, we will all celebrate my Grandpa's birthday with a huge BBQ. Did I tell you I LOVE BBQ's?? Hehe, sure I did! Thanks to Aga and Talmid for their postcards from Belgium and China! Aga is finally back from Belgium, the country isnt really her thing, yeah I can imagine, didnt it feel like being in Iowa Aga? Gosh, thanks god you survived the boredom. Alrighty guys, post some comments..have a great weekend!

Back from Tropical Islands - August 29, 2005

We left Thursday around noon and got there at 1, not many cars parked in front of the dome, so we were happy, it wouldnt be so crowded. First impression of the inside: kinda hot, humid and it looked so unreal. Two swimming pools, a camping area, a fun area, lotz of bars and restaurant and a tropical rainforest of 1km. We got our tent-key and changed into our bathing suits, walked around a little and checked everything out. Well there was not much to do, so most of the time we were in the pool, or at the bar, having a cocktail. There was supposed to be a beach party that night, but the beach party was kinda boring: old DJ, no party people, 70th music .. so we went to bed in our 2-people-tent at 11 pm already. It turned out to a be very hot and noisy night. I couldnt really sleep and the Friday morning I was awake at 7 am! What a night! But the breakfast buffet was huge and really yummy! Hmmm, all in all I was little bit disappointed, so I wont go there again any time soon, and not overnight. Pictures

We celebrated Stefan's 22nd birthday on the Friday we came back from Tropical Islands. But it turned out to be a little party, not many people showed up, good for us, enough alc :) Saturday, me, Anja, David, Mario and Nici went to Weixdorf to David's sister. She invited us for a walk in the Heide, and we found lotz of mushrooms! Yeah, 2 huge baskets full of mushrooms, I never found sooo many. But they didnt really tasted good, kinda like snail-soup, slimy, hehe! Yuppas, Saturday I also got my Immatrikulation stuff and my student-id-card! I also checked out the Activ City-fitness company on Sunday with Anja and David. They already signed up, and it is much cheaper than my old gym. And since my contract with the old gym is over and Im gaining weight, I will sign up for Activ City this week. Hope to convince Stefan, that he signs up as well. Talked on the phone with Ellie on Sunday, her Halloween bash is going to be in November, awesome! Can't wait, she's planning a huge party, hope it all works out. Alrighty, have a great week guys

Anniversary of Dresden - August 23, 2005

Last weekend rocked! Dresden celebrated its 798 anniversary with 3 days of party. The whole city turned into a party location, and we all were there. David's 21st birthday was on Saturday so we partied a little at the WG and then went to the street fest. Me and Anja really looked forward to the Bowle party, and checked it out on Friday night already. It was awesome! Met some friends and they took a party picture of us: Picture! Gosh I really look hammered on the pic. Saturday me and Stefan met up with my Mom, uncle, aunt, and Franzi's family and friends, unfortunately it rained so heavy that we couldnt walk thru the city. We decided to stay at the Kulturpalast and get drunk there. Good times! Hehe! Pictures! My digital camera broke somehow, the flash doenst work anymore, so my pics turned out really dark, and the pictures from Stefan's cam are blurry..ahh! Fortunately Franzi had a cam as well.

Two more weeks and my internship at emagio.de is over, and so is my webdesign class! Well what can I say, the 11 months were a little boring but nice, not much to do but I had fun with all my classmates. Annett and Romy created a website about our class, which you may wanna check out: www.unserkurs.de.be/ but it is in German! Yuppas, cannot wait until university starts October 10th. Me, and my Aupair girls may get together again in September, because the girls are still off, and Aga will be back from Belgium :) guess, no Octoberfest-Aupair-Meeting this year, it really sucked last year. Havent heard from Jamie yet if they all come over here.

Tomorrow is Stefan's birthday and his parents and relatives come over for cake and coffee. And then Thursday, is our 1 year anniversary, which we will celebrate at Tropical Islands in Berlin.

Birthdays again - August 19, 2005

Good Morning! What a nice and sunny Friday. Hope the weather stays like that during the weekend, because this weekend is our city-street-fest. Lotz of partys are coming up. Tonight is the Bowle-Party and from what I can remember, it was awesome last year! Got so drunk and had lotz of fun with friends. Yuppas, cannot wait! This week nothing really interesting happened, worked every day from 10 to 5 pm and tried to chill. My eyes really start hurting from sitting infront of the computer every day for such a long time, so I dont feel like watching TV when I get home, I just wanna go to bed.

Last Friday me and my cousin Stefanie went ot Romy's birthday party but it rained so heavy, we almost had to cancel it,.. but stayed outsided and had a BBQ. Good Times! Pictures are coming. Saturday I met up with a bunch of friends and teachers from design-college, I havent seen since 2 years. We need to meet eachother more often, we had so much fun during college..Ahh! Cannot wait until university starts. Pictures from the meeting are here. Right after the meeting, me and my cousin drove to our Grandmom's house to celebrate her birthday. My Aunt and Uncle and Mom were there and we had another BBQ, God, I love BBQ's and steaks! Cannot get enough..hehe!

Tomorrow is David's birthday and we will probably have a little party in the WG, not sure about the location, we might go down to the Elbe. Then next week is Stefan's 22nd birthday and our one year anniversary. Therefore Im going to take Thursday and Friday off, and we will go to Tropical Islands, which is a huge resort near to Berlin. It's all inside a huge dome, you might check it out at http://www.my-tropical-islands.com. Pictures say more than words. Some of my friends already been there and they loved it, we will have a 24 hour ticket, with camping and breakfast. And sure there are partys during night, so it is going to be soooo cool. Alrighty have a great weekend guys :)

Got accepted at Dresden university - August 11, 2005

*YES!* And so did Anja, so we will both study together and have the same classes. That is awesome, and I can stay in Dresden and have my friends and family here. Im soooo happy! Start is October 10th!

Last Saturday me, Steff and Anja went to a "Night to Remember" at Strasse E, and Port01.com took a party picture of us. Check it out here. Yesterday I met up with Dani, he got a job in Stuttgart and will move there beginning of October. Good for him! We also went over Franzi's apartment and had a pizza-girls-night, watching Sex in the City and Friends. Good times! Tonight we will go to Dafa to celebrate Frank's birthday and tomorrow is Romy's birthday party. My Mom is still at my grandmom's house, and will be back on Sunday..me and Steff will go over there on Saturday to celebrate my Grandmom's birthday..have a huge BBQ! Cannot wait. Yum! Alrighty, back to work, lotz to do here, take care and thanks for crossing your fingers..YEAH..I got accepted *smiles*

I hate Stuttgart University - August 9, 2005

Morning! Im back at practical training, last 2,5 weeks I was working from home, so yeah glad to be back and got more to do. Bad news: I did not get accepted at Stuttgart university! Again! So did Anja, it is weird, they probably got thousands of applications and only accepted the peeps with diploma 1,0. Why dont we get a chance, we are good too! I was very disappointed that day, but my Mom and Stefan and everyone else were glad that I stay here. Yeah at least something, but what Im going to do now? I can still hope for Dresden university, and if not I will be unemployed. My webdesign class ends Sept 3 so until then I have to find something to do.. probably send out hundreds of job-applications. Cross your fingers okay.

My cousin is here, and will stay until Saturday, last week we did alot of stuff, every day we went out for dinner with my Mom and Stefanie's Mom..yummy! Went to the Filmnaechte and saw the movie "Das Wunder von Bern", and went clubbing of course. Also sun-bathing and swimming at lake Cossebaude, together with Heiko. Yup, and today we will go over Franzi's apartment and have homemade pizza for dinner. Probably hang out there until 10 pm and then head home. Thursday Frank will have a little birthday party at Dafa and Romy's birthday party will be on Friday. Cannot wait!! Take care guys..enjoy the summer.

I hate waiting - August 2, 2005

My cousin Stefanie and my aunt came over on Saturday. Stefanie will stay in Dresden for two weeks, since school is off. And she wants to party like a maniac..ahh! Hope we have a good time, since I still have to do practical training during daytime. Today we will go sun-bathing in Cossebaude again, with Heiko, a friend of mine. I already got a nice tan, due to tanning, but I want a natural tan now, hehe.

Last weekend was kinda boring, me and Stefan went over his parents house for a BBQ and Stefan checked out the pool. But toooo cold for me to hop in, you know I need some time to get in, Im always freezing. Hehe! We actually wanted to go to the Night-Skating but it was the hottest day of the year, so I skipped skating. I don't feel good when it is tooo hot, im just sweating all the time. Suxx! What else?

Got an email from Aga the other day, she is in Belgium, working for a family with 3 kids (boys). I guess she enjoys it, she has a jacuzzi there and pool, which she can use whenever she wants. Steff and Ellie finished there exams and are off now. Oh yeah did I tell you that Shawn, a guy from the States, might be coming over in September for two weeks, just to visit us? That's gonna be awesome if it works out. Can't wait, I gonna be off all September *yeah*

Didn't get a letter from the university yet, but it should be here sometime next week, last year I got the letter on August 11th. Ahhh, I really wanna know if Im accepted or not !!

Birthday shout-outs to: Tini (Jul 31), Romy (Aug 2), Granny (Aug 8), Frank (Aug 10), and to Estelle (Aug 16). HAPPPPPPPPPPY BIRTHDAY GUYS!

BBQ Parties - July 24, 2005

Evening! Sup? Sunday and Im sitting at home, creating some layouts for work. I been working at home since Wednesday, because the office is moving to another place. Not sure how many more days it will took them to set everything up, but it nice to work at home. Moreover I can spend more time with my boyfriend. Our 11 months anniversary is tomorrow, but Stefan is working on late-shift, thats why we already had an anniversary dinner at a chinese restaurant on Thursday already. Yup, almost one year. It is weird, how fast a year goes by..last week I talked to Savita (my Aupair replacement) online, and she is already back in Germany, her year in the States is over as well. She changed families in December, because she didnt get along with the Widner family. She couldnt accept that Jake is so rude and so spoilt for his age. Oh well. I heard they dont have a new Aupair, but the Dad looks after Jake now. Sometimes I really wanna know, whats going on over there, they never ever replied to my Email or Xmas Card. Not nice, but I guess they are too busy.

Anyway, nothing really new, went to a couple of partys: Heiko threw a BBQ party last Saturday, where I went to with Anja. He setted up everything really nicely and some of his friends came as well, but I dunno it was tooo boring. Maybe because I couldnt drink any alc, since I was the one who was driving, and Anja didnt feel like drinking, when I cannot drink, so we left around 10 pm. Back home, we had our last glass of wine with Mirka, who left to Mexiko with her family one day later. We havent heard from them since they left, not sure if they ever arrived in Mexiko. No phone call, we might have to wait for a postcard, and that can take.

Friday we had a cocktail party at the apartment, really funny one, created lots of new cocktails, and they all tasted sooo yummy. It is much cheaper than going somewhere and pay 8 euro for a cocktail. We played UNO and yeah, it kinda got crazy that night, fortunately Mario was filming the whole scenery. Hehe, I need to get some captures and put them online to share the good times with you guys.

Saturday I went to Susi's birthday party, she moved together with her boyfriend Mike. Their apartment is really nice, and actually only a few blocks away from my webdesign-school. So yeah, we had a BBQ and I drunk like 5 amaretto-apple mixes, but didnt really feel anything. Eric was there, another guys I know from AOL, we actually need to get together again for a AOL - Bowling - Bash sometime next week. Anyway, since I was invited to Kuehli's party as well, I left at 10 pm and went home to meet up with Stefan. Together we went to Kuehli's party and had a good time. What else? Uhm, my cousin is coming over first week of August, with her friend Eileen, so hope I can party with them alot. I dunno I think Im getting older, I dont really feel like partying like crazy, but I miss the good times. Alrighty take care guys.

Proposal - July 15, 2005

Ahhhh, quick update: Matt proposed to Noell in Vegas! Noell is my penpal from PA, and I finally got to meet her and her boyfriend last year while I was in the States. That's so cute, I think they are perfect for eachother, and I cannot wait to come over for their wedding. CONGRATS GUYS!

Today I will definitely go to the Night-Skating. I havent been all year yet, and today seems perfect. Awesome sunny weather and Stefan can join me too. Tomorrow Heiko is throwing a BBQ party at his house, so me and Anja will go over to have a great time. Sunday, Mirka's family is moving to Mexico..time to say Good-Bye :( have a great weekend guys!

Internship - July 11, 2005

Monday morning, nope wrong! Monday, almost 5 pm, and Im done with my first day with practical training at emagio.de I started at 10 am and it was kinda easy going today, just doing some research for a redesign. Nothing special, but I like that Im outta college and can do some practical things .. and not listen to this stupid teacher. Last week was alright, we had to present our web project infront of class, and it went well. I dont know what grade I got, because I left earlier, but I will know when I get my certifcate beginning of September. And then Im done with this school. Hopefully getting a university placement and start studying in October. Yeah, cant wait! Weekend was kinda boring, Mirka had her going-away party on Saturday, but alot of friends couldnt attend. So it was just my family and friends, kinda cosy and nice. It is really sad that they are moving to Mexico next week, I will miss them, especially Richie. Stefan will take care of Richie's fishes, we moved the fish-bowls and everything else to his apartment yesterday. Stefan is really excited, now that he has pets! Guess I will get less attention now, hehe, kidding. He is really into it, and wants to know everything about fishes, and he cannot wait until we have baby-fishes. Cute! Anyway, this week Dirk will finally set up my new comp. I really need it, since I cannot do much at work, just update this blog, but FTP doesnt work here. Okidoki guys have a great week and enjoy the awesome weather. Take care!

Hot, hot Summer - July 3, 2005

Good morning folks! Whats up? Enjoying the summer? It is going to be very hot today, up to 28C, ahhhh, and Im sitting in this class room with 15 mates, 15 computer and no air conditioning. You probably can imagine how hot it will get here. Thats why I will leave at 1.30 already. Last weekend we were supposed to go camping, but the weather said "no". It rained all day on Friday so we canceled it..suxx! Moreover we didnt get a camping cabin, otherwise we would have gone. Not sure when we will finally go camping, it depends on the weather. Me and Stefan went to Pizza Hut on Friday and had yummy pizza!! Need to go there again on a Monday, Monday is "All you can eat" day. After dinner we went to the movies to see "War of the Worlds", nothing really special, except the special effect, I dont like the end, why does the mankind always have to win? Why can't the aliens win? Another bad movie, I spent my money on. Arghh! Saturday we did nothing special, just chilled at home and did some grocery shopping. Stefan got a fish! Mr. Floppy. Actually the fish was for our cat to play with, but the cat seemed really bored by the fish, so Stefan kept Mr. Floppy. He will soon get more fishes, when Mirka moves to Mexico. Her good-bye party will be coming Saturday! What else, yesterday evening we went to Stefan's parents for a bbq, his sister plus boyfriend joined us as well. Was great!! Stefan's left hand is recovering well, his stitches will be removed tomorrow, but he is a little bit afraid. Everyone told him it's going to hurt. Hehe, so he still doesnt have to work, lucky boy, going on his 3rd week without working! I cannot wait until Thursday, I will start my internship, it lasts until September.

Back from Poland - June 26, 2005

Ellie, Steff, Me and my boyfriend visited Aga in Wroclaw and we had such a good time. Lemme tell you everything: Ellie and Steff arrived in Dresden on Thursday already. We made real Taco's for dinner and they were delicious. I now know where to buy the seasoning at :) it is a little spicy, so you dont need sauce. Yum! After dinner we went to Peaches for some cocktails..chilled a little and enjoyed the evening. Ellie and Steff and Me slept over at Stefan's apartment, since the bus stop was only 5 minutes away from his house.

Friday we got up at 4.45 am, the bus came at 5.45 am and we arrived in Wroclaw at 10.45, due to traffic. Aga was already at the bus station to pick us up. We were all glad to see her again as you can imagine. The last time we all got together was for Octoberfest in Munich. Aga had her last exam that day, so we had to go back to her uni to get the results. She got a 4!! *High-four* good job Aga. We waited about an hour at the campus and noticed that the polish girls and guys can dress themselves very sexy. lol. So Aga will study in Sweden for one semester next year, yup, and we will definitely visit her. She will also be in Belgium for 6 weeks this summer, working as a nanny for a farm-family with 3 boys. Gosh, Aga, be ready, boys are hard to handle  Anyway after we picked up Aga's test results we had a Pita at the train station and then headed home to her house. Happy, Aga's cute little doggy welcomed us with a licking attack and jumped around us all the time. So cute!! In my opinion he got bigger. Her Mom made us yummy dinner and she was really happy to finally get to meet us. Such a nice Mom! That Friday night we went downtown to an Island, where a huge fest was going on. Kinda like Midsummer fest, with bands playing and lotz of people just hanging around. We got to know Aga's friend from university, Pavel *hehe* nice guy, Aga should keep an eye on him. Around midnight we tried to take the bus home, but yeah, it is always very annoying to take the bus in Poland, they dont run very often, it takes a long time to get from one spot to another, plus the bus ride is very bumpy. We had to wait 30 minutes for the next bus and were at Aga's around 1 am..

Saturday we slept in until 11 had yummy breakfast and planned our day. It was very hot and thunderstorms were due to in the afternoon. We checked the movies schedule and decided to see Madagascar at 4 pm at Horizon theater. When we got there they told us that the movie is in Polish, suxxxx. There was another movie at 8 pm at Corona Mall, in English language which we wanted to see, so until then we went shopping, had yummy ice-cream and checked out the stores. But nothing was really cheap, the stores were the same like in Germany, I didnt find anything. We only got vodka, cigarettes and candy. The movie was great, I think it was that "something like love" movie with .... Stefan didnt like it much, but yeah girls movie lol next time we will see an action movie. When we got home we finished to watch "Love Actually" and went to bed. Sure we watched Love Actually, we always watch it..ahhhhH! We only got like 3 hours of sleep, since we had to take the bus back at 5.30 am. And then it was time to say Good-Bye to Aga and Happy..although Happy was more interested in finding the right spot for taking a shit  Aga got us a taxi and we were at the bus station right in time. The taxi driver was nice, bc he accepted a 2 Euro coin, since we hadnt had sloty left. And our bus was already waiting for us..not the same one, even better, we had a little bus for ourselves. Only the four of us fitted in, probably not more people reserved tickets, so they sent a little bus. The bus driver drove really quick, we were in Dresden at 9 am already, which caused trouble with Ellie and Steff's ride back to their hometowns. So Ellie got on the train to Leipzig and Steff had a ride at 1. Yupp, that was our weekend..exhausting but full of joy to see the girls. Pictures!

50th Birthday - June 21, 2005

Morning! Nope it is not Monday, it is Tuesday. I skipped school yesterday because I had to go to the gyn plus pick up my new comp. YEAH! Therefore Dirk will come over next week to set it up.

Saturday me and Stefan were invited for his Dad's 50th Birthday party. We got picked up with an Oldtimer bus and met all his relatives. For sure they asked what happened with his left arm so he had to tell the story again and again. The bus stopped at the Spitzhaus, where you have a wonderful view about Dresden. We had coffee and strawberry cake there and it was just great. Afterwards we walked all the way down to Schloss Wackerbarth to go on a wine-tour where they demonstrate the winepress, show the cellar, and describe the fermentation process. It was really interesting although it was similar to the wine-tour I went on in Hungary. Plus it included the tasting of 3 wines..yum! After the wine-tour the bus drove us to the Loessnitztalschenke. We had dinner and stayed there until the end, the entertaining programm included a belly-dancer, powerpoint presentation, lotz of poems and sayings..really cool! All in all it was a great birthday party, I really enjoyed it and it was well organized. Pictures!

Sunday we had to get up really early, Stefan had an appointment at 8 am at the hospital, thats why we got home from the birthday party about midnight. There was still the neighborhood-fest going on and lotz of people were down the street. Hard for me to fall asleep, because it was so loud. Got up at 6 am and went straight after the hospital back to bed. God I was tired, we slept in until after noon and then went to my house. We actually only chilled that day.. too hot!

Coming Friday we will be in Poland, visiting Aga. Ellie and Steff are arriving in Dresden on Thursday already, we will have to get up on Friday at 4 am to be able to get on the bus at 5.30. We will arrive in Poland at 11, and Aga will pick us up after her exam. Cannot wait to meet the girls and have a fun time in Wroclaw!! The weekend after (July 1-3) the peeps from the WG will all go camping at Lake Senftenberg.

Bunte Republik Neustadt - June 18, 2005

Last week was really nice, awesome weather and lotz of fun with all those summer fests. There was one called BRN, just in Stefan's neighborhood, we were right there on Friday. We partied in the apartment and people partied down the street. Millions of people! I passed out around 1 am and slept until 2.30 am, when Anja came home. They all wanted to walk thru the neighborhood but they all lost eachother. Anja was kinda disappointed because she lost her boyfriend but met another friend who walked her home. She saw Stefan somewhere at the park but didnt know where he went. I sent Stefan a sms but he never replied..and guess what? He was in the hospital and got home about 5 am..his left arm in plaster. God he looked awful, I asked what happened and he said he was drunk and tried to climb over a fence. So now he cannot work for about two weeks, and cannot go swimming and be outside in the sun ::sucks:: He was really mad at himself and his stupidness. Pictures!

Skating and Mario's Birthday - June 13, 2005

Yawn! Im kinda tired this morning, dont know why..went to bed around 11 pm but we went Inline-Skating until 9 pm so I might have been exhausted. Yesterday was a very sunny, so I went home from school at 1.30 pm already to be at my grandmom's in time. She bought strawberry cake, yum!!! Although I dont like strawberry's much, but in cake everything is fine. Friday I had plum cake, Stefan's mom made it, and you know self-made cake is the best. So yeah Friday we went to Stefan's parents to talk about the upcoming 50th Birthday. His dad is turning 50 and he will have a party this Saturday, where I am invited as well. Nice! I will get my hair done tomorrow afternoon, new highlights and a new cut. Well not sure about the new cut yet. Depends on my mood. Hehe! We need to prepare the present as well, made by us..hehe Hope he likes it we will see.

Friday was Mario's 23rd birthday party, and we had lots of fun!! About 15 people came to the WG and we all celebrated together. Damn I was hammered, not that much tho'. Pictures! Saturday, me and Stefan went Inline-Skating again at the Elbe, and he is getting better and better. Almost ready to join me to the Night-Skating..but I dont think we will be able to go until July. We are toooo busy..damn. I need to go, it is so much fun. Lucy told me she would join me if she is done with her exams, yeah! Good girl.

Yuppas, what else, Ellie already got a ride for next Thursday, so she will be here about 8 pm. We gonna make real American Taco's .. she found taco seasoning from the States in her drawer, yes! Cannot wait..havent heard from Steffi yet, but hope she gets a ride from Rostock to Dresden. Alrighty, I will meet up with Dani today, and guess what he got a job in Stuttgart, can you believe it? Anja was kinda upset when I told her, but I think it was on purpose. I mean damn Stuttgart is a big city, dont think we will ever meet him.. Have a sunny day, glad you like the new layout.

BBQ at Stefan's - June 4, 2005

Today is Saturday and Im home alone. Stefan and my Mom are both working on late shift today .. so I got some time to upload new photos from the Elbe: Pictures! and from Stefan's BBQ yesterday: Pictures! Yup we had another BBQ, but with diffrent people: David's Mom and sister joined us, and Jette, Maria, David. It was fun and the weather stayed nice all evening. And Maria told us that she is pregnant, in the 5th month already. Aww, she is having a baby-boy in October, cute. After the BBQ, the four of us went to Dafa, but me and Anja noticed that we are getting old. We met nobody and there were only teenagers. Guess our party time is over, it is not fun anymore. Last week was normal, our Czech class is over and we have to design a website within a month, as final exam. Im doing a redesign of a company website I used to design two years ago..and it's going well so far. Alrighty, I will go and visit my Grandmom tomorrow afternoon, think tonight we are only watching TV or maybe go out for a pool game.

Tanning in the Sun - May 30, 2005

Last week was awesome, I was off all week, only had to go in for school on Tuesday. It got pretty hot over here, last days we had over 30C !!! So on Saturday we went swimming for the first time at Cossebaude Lake. Stefan had to work, but my Mom, Anja and David joined me. We got a nice tan and enjoyed the weather. You cannot go outside during daytime, whoa toooo hot for me. We didnt even go to the gym again, but went rollerskating. Yup, Stefan got Skates! Really good ones, for 150 Euro, now he has to practise and practise to be able to go to the Night-Skating. I havent been to the Night-Skating yet, but I will definitly go this Friday, if it is not tooo hot. Summertime is coming, and I cant wait to have BBQ's outside and chill at the Elbe with friends..always good times! Im all ready for the summer, went shopping with Anja last week to get the perfect outfits plus a nice new bikini. Oh yeah plus we went to our old school to meet some teachers, it was fun. Trying to get all my school mates together to meet up on August 18. Hope everything works out.

Back from Leipzig - May 21, 2005

Hey everybody, Im back from visiting Ellie in Leipzig. Although I just went over for a day it was really cool to see her again. Last time was in February for my birthday party. The reason I couldnt stay longer was that my Mom is still away and I need to take care of our cat Tibor. So I booked a car ride for 5 Euro and was in Leipzig within a hour. We met at Subway at the train station but decided to have lunch at her house. Her Mom made us yummy steaks, and I love steaks!! We went grocery shopping and Ellie showed me where she work at, Kaufland roxx! We also went for a little shopping tour downtown Leipzig but I didnt find anything I wanted, plus I went shopping last week and got me new pants and two Polo-Shirts. For the night, Ellie planned a bar hopping with her friends. So we got picked up by Sven around 7.30 pm and met the others downtown. All in all we had fun, hopping from bar to bar, and it was really crowded! Fortunately the weather was nice that night, I wasnt that cold. And guess what? Me and Ellie won free tickets for a club called Nachtcafe, I always wanted to go there but last time it was closed. So we were on the guestlist that night, what we didnt know was that Nachtcafe was vs Germanclub. Means I could have stayed in Dresden, because Germanclub is from Dresden, so there was only House music which suxxed. It was almost empty and only one floor was open. We also tried another student club but didnt stay long. We were home around 2 am and slept until noon today. Ellies Mom made pizza, so yummy, omg!! I love homemade pizza. I catched a car ride back home to Dresden at 3.30 pm and now Im sitting here writing diary. Pictures! Me and Ellie are planning to visit Aga in Poland last June weekend, hope everything works out.

Last week was short, we had Monday and Thursday off and next week we have excursion to the Czech Republic but I wont go on all trips. I need to apply for uni and get some things done, so it will be a chilled week. Stefan is on late shift until Sunday so I wont see him before 11 pm. We visited his parents last Sunday, and fortunately the weather was nice so we could have a little BBQ at their garden..I love BBQ's. Yeah I also visited my Grandmom, and will go over there again tomorrow for lunch. Let's see what the night brings, have a gr8 weekend.

Missing the Girls - May 13, 2005

It is Friday again! Wow this week was short. Last weekend I actually wanted to go out with Anja, but we didnt make it, so I stayed home Saturday night but Stefan went with his friends. I watched two horror movies and was so scared afterwards, that I didnt wanna go to bed by myself. I waited for Stefan to come home, but he came at 6.30 am, by that time I felt asleep. Sunday we slept in and I headed home for lunch. My Mom was at my relatives' that weekend, so we talked alot that evening. I also called Elli in Leipzig and Aga in Poland, so cool to talk to them on the phone again. I really miss the girls. Im planning on visiting Elli in Leipzig May 20 and we will all go to Aga's end of June. Although it is Aga's turn to come and visit us, and she also has is on vacation that time, it would be perfect.

Monday I had a little arguement with Stefan at the gym. He kinda freaked out because I was in a hurry and didnt want to wait until that lady makes a fitness test appointment for me. But oh well, we tried to talk about it and now it is all good. I know Im always in a hurry with everything, so I can imagine that it freaked him out. I need to chill more lol. Yesterday we went to the theater and saw "Unleashed" but in German language. It was an action movie but it had really nice romantic scenes in it, so I liked it too. I actually dont like such action movies. Today is Friday and Stefan has to work until 10.30 pm so I will go and visit my grandmom for dinner and maybe go to the nightskating. Anja thought we better hit up that club, we couldnt go to the other day, so we probably go there tonight. Tomorrow until Monday are national holidays, there is the Dixieland and Oldie Fm Night in Dresden. The weather is nice, so we will all gather together for the Oldie Fm Night..Franzi, and Romy and me and all the other guys. On Sunday Stefan's parents invited us for a barbecue at their house, yummy steaks are waiting for me :) Pictures!. I will be alone next week, my Mom and my aunt are going to Slovakia tomorrow until Wednesday and after that they gonna visit my uncle in Regensburg. I wish I could join them!! Got the photos from Father's Day developped, and will scan them as soon as possible. Have a great weekend!

Hexenfeuer - May 6, 2005

Hey yo - waiting for Stefan to come over my place. It is Friday and I didnt have school today. Yeah. Yesterday was "Men's Day" (Father's day), a holiday and on that day men walk around the neightborhood, with beer and have a good time. This year me and Anja joined the guys for a walk in Loessnitztalgrund. We were 10 people and met up in Radebeul around 11 am, the weather was rainy and cloudy, but after some hours the sun came out. We walked over 10 km thru the woods, met other friends and had fun. The guys were pretty hammered, they drunk beer the whole time, so you can imagine the atmosphere. Around 5 we were back home, chilled a little and got ready to go to Christin's "Polterabend". She will get married on Saturday, but none of her friends are invited to the wedding, so she threw a little party before the wedding. Sylvia was there, the girl who married last week, and lotz of Christin's friends, so she was very busy. We didnt stay long, only from 9 to 10 pm, because we wanted to head to the Elbe, to a big open air festival with music and stuff. I also organized a chat meeting for that night so I needed to show up there. But it turned out that only Susi and Mike appeared, we couldnt find anybody else because it was so fucking crowded and noisy. That wasnt fun at all, everybody was hammered and lotz of police there that tried to keep everybody calm.Pictures!

Last Friday was the "Neustadt festival" at Haupt- and Koenig St., where we met lotz of friends. I met Romy and her new boyfriend plus Nadine and her friends. With Nadine and Nicole I went to a restaurant on Wednesday. Nicole's 22nd birthday was a day earlier, so she came home from Duesseldorf to celebrate with us. It was goot to see her again. Pictures!

Last weekend, me, my Mom and Stefan went over my grandmom's place in Thalheim to see all my relatives. We had lotz of fun at the "Walpurgis Night" downtown with a huge fire and an open air disco. Stefanie and Eileen were there and their friends and it seemed like the whole inhabitants of the village came to party. Sunday we went sunbathing in Soldnitz. The weather was just perfect to suntan for the very first time this year. We had about 30 Celcius that day. Pictures!

So today we will only go to the gym, I actually wanted to go to the Nightskating, but the soccer game Dynamo vs Aue is due to finish around the same time, so it will be only a short skating round to prevent violence. And it is supposed to rain tonight - I hate skating in the rain. Stefan wants to buy Inline Skates tomorrow, would be cool if we can skate together sometime. we maybe hit up the movies tonight, but there's no good movie on that I wanna see. Oh well we will figure something out. Tomorrow is Saturday and Anja & Me will go out to party by ourselves. The guys will go dancing too, so it is girls night out.

Learing Czech - April 25, 2005

Dobry den! That is Czech and means "Guten Tag". Today was my first Czech class and it was really interesting. We have a nice teacher, Mrs Petzold, who is from Czech but is living in Dresden. It wasn't boring at all and we learnt alot the first day. Today is also mine and Stefan's 8th month anniversary. Unfortunately we won't see each other before 7.30 pm, because I had a dentist appointment and Stefan has a fitness check at the gym. I hope our evening will be filled with romantic and passion :) The dentist told me today, that I really need to get that one tooth done before I go away from Dresden, but that is another ceramic inlay which costs me 300 euro. Aww!! I better stop eating candy, I think my teeth can't handle any candy, there's always something wrong with them. And I do brush my teeth 2 times a day..maybe I should do it after every meal. Anyway lemme tell you about my weekend.

Friday evening me, Stefan, Anja and David were invited to Sylvia's wedding party. Therefore we got us decent clothes and looked really hot. But as you all know the bride always looks the best. Sylvia was wearing a really cute dress and she looked amazing! Sylvia is now married to a turkish guy, Faik. So the party was mixed cultured but really interesting. Her family came and some of his turkish friends as well. We had a turkish dinner and turkis music. It was fun !! We really enjoyed the evening. It was my first wedding party to go to, and now I really wanna marry too..lol. Just kidding. Next who is getting married, is Tini, mid April. Pictures!

Saturday we went to the gym and afterwards Stefan's parents took us out for dinner at Espitas, a mexican restaurant. Mhh I love mexican food! We talked alot about the future and they told us about their trip to Praha. We actually wanted to go out that night, but we ended up in front of the TV..as usual. Sunday we slept in and visited my Grandma. Around 5 pm I met up with Heiko, a friend who I used to hang out every Sunday, before I went to America. And since Im back, I havent been in touch with him, and that is really sad, because he is a nice guy and we always had good talks. I need to see him more often, he thanked me for taking time, he really needed someone to talk. Poor guy, still hasn't found the right girl..I would take him, but Im taken already, and am in real love. Yuppas folks, Ahoj !! (czech: Goodbye)

Sylvia's weddding is coming up - April 18, 2005

Long time no blog, sorry about the delay. Well this is going to be a short one, since I dont have much time to write. I just wanna tell you to check the photo section, I uploaded new pictures from the last weekends. On Friday we had a Tzaziki party at my house with my Mom, Stefan, David and Anja. We only ate food with garlic in it, so you can imagine how it ended. We also went for a pool game at Grüner Heinrich, but we left after a half hour already. Saturday Stefan's parents allowed us to have a little BBQ at their garden, so we got us steaks and sausages and invited some friends. We were 10 people and it was yummy and had a lot of fun. The weather was nice as well, although we expected rain, but it didnt rain.Pictures!

The next week is going to busy, every day is planned so far. Coming Friday is Sylvia's wedding and we still need a present. I got me clothes to wear already but Stefan hasnt got a dinner jacket yet..aww we actually ordered one, but it didnt come in the mail.

Anja moving - April 5, 2005

Morning! Im at school and Stefan is still sleeping in my bed! Aww with Tibor. So whats new? My Mom is in the hospital until tomorrow, Im glad she is doing fine after the operation, and that she is coming home, because Tibor misses her alot. When I called her I held the phone to his ear and he heard her and started cuddling with the phone! So cute!

Last Tuesday Anja moved to a new apartment, and we helped her with packing and unpacking. Her new room in this new WG is really cute, and in a nice neighborhood! But a little tooo far away for me to visit her often. She will throw a party soon. Sylvi is going to get married end of April, yes! We are invited to her party at the Doener restaurant, hihi. I met Anne last weekend too. She has a new boyfriend who lives in Stuttgart. We went for dinner at Espitas and had a good time.

I took Friday and Tuesday off, Friday because I was sick and Tuesday because our teacher wasnt at school. Stefan worked all weekend long on late shift, and we didnt get to go outside and enjoy this nice spring weather..ahh! We slept in on Tuesday, went shopping and to the movies. Saw Ring 2 and I was very scared!! Fortunately Stefan slept over my place otherwise I couldnt sleep. I need to clean the apartment after school today, so it looks good when my Mom comes back tomorrow. She will be home for 6 weeks now and can spend lots of time with Tibor :) The Night-skating will start this Friday, although Frank isnt 100% sure but I will check online again. If it starts I will go, and Stefan can go and watch the soccer game with his friends, otherwise I will join him and his friends.

Hanson were in Munich but I couldnt go, since I have to do the household..ahh! Lucy went, I hope she had fun and took alot of pictures!? I also found out that my fellow Aupair Savita changed families and now is in Atlanta. The Widners do not have a new Aupair, probably the Dad will be home and take care of Jake. Oh wow, good luck! I havent heard of them since Im back in Germany and it suxx because I sent Jake a nice Christmas present. So I wont send a birthday present, it is not fair if I dont get a Thank you card/email.

Easter is over - March 28, 2005

Easter is over, finally..why do we always eat so much on Christmas and Easter? I got so many chocolate, plus Stefan got the package of Nadine, a girl we met in Egypt. She works at a chocolate factory and promised to send us sweets, and she really did! We got sooo much, it is unbelievable. We really need to send her something in return. Thursday was Franzi's birthday party, she turned 21. Her friends from Chemnitz were there and we had lotz of fun. Drinked alc and played Tabu, a party game where you have to guess words. Unfortunately we had to leave at 11, because Stefan was working on early shift Saturday. Friday we were at Oma's, a restaurant in my neighborhood. We go there every year at least one time with Nadine and Winnie and Nicole. Since Nicole moved to Duesseldorf, it was only me, Nadine, Winnie and I brought Stefan. I really need to hang out with Nadine more often, since High School ended we rarely see eachother. It sucks! She now studies French and Art at Dresden University. Good for her, she enjoys it alot. Talking about studying..this year is my year. If I wont be accepted at Stuttgart University I will never start studying. It had to happen this year..damn it. It only suxx, that Stuttgart is so far away and I will be seperated from Stefan. But I have to go my way, whatever comes. From Friday to Monday I was off, so we visited Stefan's parents, my grandmom and my aunt and uncle came over for Easter. The weather was nice, we were outside alot and had a table tennis game at Stefan's parents. I havent played table tennis in ages, but Im still good at it. Hehe! Stefan used to do it professionally for 3 ys..didnt know that. Alrighty let's see what the new week brings.

Happy Birthday to Anja and Franzi - March 24, 2005

What's up guys? Anja's 22nd birthday was on Monday and she had a little party at the WG. It was fun!! Pictures! Today is Franzi's birthday, Happy Birthday girl. Me and Stefan will go over her apartment this evening to celebrate a little. School is over already, we are on Easter break, but it only lasts until Monday. Tuesday it starts again and then we will write an exam about Macromedia Flash. I didnt do anything special last weekend, we were invited for dinner at Stefan's parents and went to Kristallpalast. It is a movie theater, which celebrated its 7 ys that saturday. Til Schweiger, a very famous actor was the star guest, and believe it or not, I got his autograph *Yeah* The afterparty wasnt that good so we only stayed until 1 am. Coming weekend, we will paint easter eggs and my relatives are coming over for Easter. Alrighty, check the picture section, more to come soon. Happy Easter!

Love Weekends - March 18, 2005

Hey Yo! It's Friday! And I can see my baby! I mean I can see Stefan..he worked on late shift all week, so when he came from work I was already asleep and when I got up he was asleep. School was kinda interesting this week, right now we work with Macromedia Flash MX. And since I dont know the inside stuff, it was cool. Wednesday me and Anja visited our friend Sylvia. She will also get married soon, just like our friend Tini. So two weddings are waiting for me, if Im invited..? Weekend is infront of me, and tonight, me and Stefan will probably just hang out somewhere, maybe go to the movies or the gym. Tomorrow my Mom invited us for lunch and later we will go over to his parents to have dinner. There is going to be a huge birthday party at the movies and Til Schweiger is coming. We can watch the premiere of "Barfuss" for free and afterwards is a party. Cant wait! Sunday, Stefan wants to go to a soccer game, so Im joining him. I only hope the weather is nice and not rainy like today. Seems like spring is coming, we have about 15 Celcius here but windy. Alrighty have a great weekend guys..

Lucy's Visit - March 14, 2005

Yo guys, whats up? Thanks for all your comments, Egypt was a blast. I developped 6 films and they pictures turned out good. I need to scan them this week, if Im not too lazy. But since Stefan is on late shift until Thursday I have afternoons free. My penpal Lucy came over my house on Friday. She lives in Pirna and is Hanson fan as well. So I showed her all my stuff and we talked about them etc. Later we stopped at Stefan's and played Dart until it was time to hit up the club Mensa. I haven't been there since over 2 years, and it is still the same, same music, same location. Kinda boring, if you ask me. but they have cheap drinks. That night was menstrip, so kinda amusing. Saturday we slept in and I drove Lucy to the train station and went to my Grandma afterwards. Pictures! I told her every single story about my Egypt trip, since she was not able to look at the photos. Her vision got really bad, she can hardly see anything. It suxx to be stuck at home and not even be able to watch TV or read etc. So I took her outside for an hour and we walked thru the city. I feel really sorry for her and I promised myself to visit her more often. I couldn't imagine to be stuck at home all day long for the rest of my life. It is good to have someone visit you and talk. Saturday Night was Kai's 20th Birthday party at Subground. Me and Anja got really drunk, since we had free drinks all night. Unfortunately I threw up :/ But the party was cool, better than mine! Hehe! Sunday me and Anja visited Tini and her family. She gets married on May 5 and prepares everything. Her little girl can talk simple sentences now, she is so cute! She will be 2 this year. Aww I want a baby too ::hehe:: kidding, not yet! The weather is getting better, it's gonna be 14C on Wednesday, but that means that the snow in the mountains will melt tooo fast, so our city might get flooded again, like some years ago. Happy Birthday to Taylor Hanson

Back from Egypt - March 6, 2005

Me and Stefan arrived at Dresden Airport on Thursday around 4 pm. We had a great flight, with an awesome view of Hurghada. The week was great, lotz of experiences and sunny, hot weather. We landed in Hurghada at 10 pm and had a weather shock, it was about 20 Degree Celcius! More than we expected! We checked in and got a room in the T-Block, 50 m from the beach. The room was neat, but the bed was a little bit loud, hehe. Every day the room service came and cleaned everything. The first three days we just relaxed, layed on the beach or pool and suntanned. Since we booked an all inclusive trip, we had free non-and alc drinks plus three times a day, huge buffet, which was yummy! The hotel was top, we cannot complain! The service was good and everybody was nice! On Monday we went on a free city tour thru Hurghada. Hurghada exists since 10 years, it was a little village with only two hotels. Since the last years it became one of the largest construction zones. Everywhere you look they are building houses and hotels. Right now they have 150 hotels along the coast of the Red Sea. You cannot say you been to Egypt, when you stay in Hurghada. Hurghada is not Egypt, it is more like a tourist city, lotz of Germans, Swedish and Russian people. You wont see any native families or native houses. The workers are only male, they are coming to Hurghada to work, their families stay home, in Kairo or Luxor. So there is not much to see in Hurghada, expect one mosque and one church and the harbor where they build yachts..and the Hard Rock Cafe! Tuesday we went on a Quad Safari. That was awesome, me and Stefan rode one Quad only, since I was a little bit scared to drive it by myself. We were wearing a head scard and sunglasses, because of the sand in the desert. Among with 20 other Quads we drove 23 km thru the desert. Stopped at a Beduine village to have a drink and kamelback-riding. We watched the sunset in the mountains, had dinner and drove back 23 km in the darkness. It was hard for Stefan to stear the Quad, because of the sand, and him wearing eyecontacts, he could hardly see and we all had to drive really fast. When we got home, we were dirty as hell. Our whole face and clothes were covered with sand. It looked hilarious. We bought the DVD, because the filmed us the whole time, so it is a nice souvenir to take home. Wednesday we went with a guided tour to Luxor.Luxor, so-called Theben was 500 years the capital of Egypt. It is known for it famous temples, the Luxor temple, Valley of the Kings and the temple of Hatschepsut. You cannot describe it in words, you need to see those ruins! It is breathtaking! We also stopped at the Nile and at a Papyrus Museum where they showed us how they make Papyrus. Interesting! The whole trip was awesome!!! I didnt wanna go back to cold Germany, but we had to. Check out the digital pictures, I developed five films too, but need to scan them first. Pictures!

Off to Egypt - February 23, 2005

Tomrrow around that time me and Stefan will land in Hurghada, Egypt. Our plane from Dresden leaves at 5.20 pm, unfortunately I wont get any miles, because Air Berlin is not a partner of Star Alliance. Oh well, we gonna have a wonderful vacation, see you March 3.

Valentine's Day - February 16, 2005

Hope everybody had a romantic Valentine's day? I got 20 red roses from Stefan and the day was just perfect. We didnt do anything special , just watched TV and relaxed. I made Stefan a Valentine's card, which I will upload soon, probably this evening. It turned out great! He also got a little scrapbook from me, because I noticed that if he is bored at work, he writes poems. So he can write his thoughts down. And of course that parfum he liked: Jean Paul Gaudier. Yum! Hanson are coming to Germany again, beginning of April, but I wont be able to go to the concert. I would have to skip another school day and Im going to skip four already because of our Egypt trip.

My 22nd Birthday - February 13, 2005

My 22nd Birthday was on Friday. And I had a party with about 30 friends. Went to college in the morning, picked up Elli and Steff at the train station about 6 pm, then went to the party location and decorated everything. The party was cool, although some friends didnt show up and I was a little depressed. But I had fun and I think my guests had fun too. I didnt get drunk because I was busy to talk to everybody at the same time..so I got lotz of alc left. hehe. My aunt and grandmothers are coming over today and we will go for dinner. I got lots of presents, I esp like the present that Stefan gave me: He recorded a cd with songs he sang, and he sounds really good. Picture! On Thurday we got the flight tickets in the Mail. We are getting excited about going to Egypt. We will celebrate our 6 months anniversary there and gonna relax all week long. Just the two of us. Tomorrow is Valentine's day and I will spend half the day together with Stefan. We probably go for dinner..I dunno yet. Next week is going to be busy for me, lotz of work after school..ahh. Alrighty thanks to all who sent me birthday wishes!

Peaches - February 3, 2005

My cousin Stefanie and her friend Eileen came over my house yesterday. They are on winter vacation andwanted to visit me and my Mom, because Stefanie isnt able to come this Saturday for my Moms 44th Birthday. She has an audition. So we all went to Peaches for Karaoke and cocktails. Me and Stefanie sang together, the song "Killing me softly" and Stefan sang "Feel"by Robbie Williams. I really love that song and everytime I hear it, I think about him. That's love! This time Stefan wasnt as good as usual, probably he was too drunk. Pictures! Yeah, we went to the Airport yesterday to book our flight to Egypt. We actually wanted to stay at Lillyland Beach Resort but it was already taken. Sothe guy there got us a better hotel via TUI for only 499 Euro ,plus the flight is from Dresden! The other flight was from Leipzig. We were so happy! I dont know if I can earnMiles tho', I dont know the Airline. I really cannot believe it yet, that only the two of us are going on vacation.Only 21 more days! The bad thing is the flight from Dresden is at 5 pm and we arrive in Hurghada at 10 pm. So that's actually the first day we pay. Ah whatever! Stefan is checking the weather every day, it is about 21 C and sunny there. Perfect for me, not too cold andnot tooo hot.

Heiko's Party - January 30, 2005

Morning everyone! I went to Heiko's party last night, in Wilsdruff, which is 10 km's away from Dresden. My Mom gave me a ride so it was all good. The party was kinda cool, Heiko turned 28 and there were like 20 of his friends celebrating with him. I slept at home last night, since Stefan is on early shift this morning. Im going to pick him up at 2:30 pm and then we will go to the gym together and have dinner with my Mom. Yeah we are trying to go to the gym 3 times a week and it works out well since they are open at weekends as well. I had a busy week, had a presentation on Friday about a layout for a book. And it went very well, so I have to work on it a little more but that has time. I noticed that I work more often for that one lady, where Im actually supposed to do the questionairy for..she got a new task for me upcoming week. Well as long as she pays 10 Euro/hour..I dont mind. Yeah what else? Im planning my birthday party..and it is going to be awesome! Oh what I havent told you guys yet. Me and Stefan are going on vacation end of February. We are going to Egypt! Yup! We are booking the flight on Tuesday! It is an all inclusive trip for a week. We just wanna relax at the beach and drink and have a good time. I cannot wait. Alrighty thats all for today. Have a gr8 week..my cousin is coming over on Wednesday..we might go to Peaches that day for Karaoke.

Not much going on - January 17, 2005

Hey yo! What's going on? Last week was busy as hell! Im glad it is over but I guess this week will be the same! Lotz of work, the flyer for the Wasserwacht is due to Wednesday and I have to work on a layout! I skipped school on Friday to get some things done! Saturday I went to the gym in the morning with Stefan..and we stayed at my apartment since my Mom was at my Grandmom's over the weekend. I took some pictures which I hope to get uploaded today or later this week. I know I still owe you guys the Poland pictures! Aga and Ellie: Your copies are on their way, I posted them today! I havent found a room for my birthday party yet but will keep calling around to get one! Stefan works 2nd shift this week, which is good because I have some time for myself and my problems..not problems but working on some things which keep me busy this and coming week! Yuppaz, alrighty thats all for today! Muah!

Strasse E - January 9, 2005

Good Morning! A busy week is ahead of me, but I had a long weekend, I skipped class Thursday and Friday to get some things done and spend some time with my boyfriend. We signed up for the gym on Friday, that gym exists 5 times in Dresden, so I can go to any gym I want..which is good, there's one by my house and one by Stefan's. We can either go together or by ourselves. Today is my first fitness class at 5 pm and Im really excited! I havent been to the gym since Im back from the U.S. It is also my grandmom's 75th Birthday, and I will go over there for dinner. Her vision got really bad, she cannot go outside by herself anymore and only sits at home. It is sad! Saturday night I went with Anja to Strasse E to Night To Remember, where we met Mel and Mike. Pictures! I also picked up the pictures from Poland and Im going to scan them this week hopefully and put them up here. So stay tuned! The weather is really weird right now, it seems like spring, the sun is shining, it is 15C but kinda windy. Everybody is going for a walk and enjoys the weather. We skipped the winter indeed! Bah I dont like winter anyway! Im still looking for a location for my 22th Birthday, which is coming up soon. If I cannot find a room I will only have a little party with some friends. Yeah anything else? Nope, so have a nice week.

Happy New Year 2005 - January 2, 2005

Wow we already have 2005! This year I will become 22, hopefully start university or find a decent job and still be loved. Well on December 31 my relatives came over from Wolfen and we went to Franzi's. Her family was throwing a party and I decided to stop by before I go and pick up Stefan from work. So me and my relatives went to Franzi's around 6 pm and my Mom came around 8 pm. Franzi, her friend, her brother Rico and her cousins were there too, they had a huge buffet and yeah was cool to see them again. Around 9 pm I left to pick up Stefan, he had to work til 10 pm. The inner city was already crowded with people, kids were doing fireworks already, and I saw how an apartment was on fire. Five firetrucks tried to help- I picked up Stefan from Infineon and we went to his apartment where the others already waited for us. We were like 10 people who wanted to celebrate together. About 11.30 we went to the inner city to see the fireworks and guess what, next to me and Anja was the teacher of our graphic school standing there looking at fireworks as well. We actually wanted to throw a christmas party and invite him and Achim, but the party got cancelled. It was good to see him again after such a long time. Yeah after the fireworks we went straight home, and since I was drunk as hell I went to bed around 1.30 am. Stefan joined me, he was about to work the next morning. The others stayed up until 9 am! Wow! I had a bad hangover the next morning, and Stefan wasnt really able to go to work too, but he had to. Im glad I didnt have to work! I was on vacation but tomorrow school starts again. Looking back to 2004, I can say, that I reached my goals! And Im happy that I found a nice boyfriend at the end. Stefan I love you!!!! Pictures!
